Step into a night of Italian conviviality with Pizza Tasting Night at Vitalia’s Restaurant — a celebration of Italy’s most beloved food traditions, shared the way Italians love most: around the table, with great company, conversation, and flavour.
This special evening is designed as a journey through different styles of Italian pizza, showcasing the variety, history, and regional character behind one of Italy’s most iconic dishes. Guests will enjoy a curated tasting experience featuring a selection of traditional pizza styles, each prepared to highlight a different texture, flavour profile, and way of enjoying pizza.
The night will feature Pizza Fritta, a golden, lightly fried Neapolitan classic — crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of rich flavour.
Guests will also taste Pizza al Portafoglio, the famous Neapolitan street pizza, folded and served hot — simple, traditional, and packed with flavour.
The tasting continues with Pala Romana, a light and crispy Roman-style pizza made with high-hydration dough for extra texture and crunch.
The experience will also include Pizza al Padellino, a small pan-baked pizza with a soft, airy base and beautifully crisp edges — comforting, flavourful, and perfectly portioned.
Each style has its own story, from the vibrant streets of Naples to the crisp Roman traditions and the warm, rustic charm of pan-baked pizza. Together, they create a tasting experience that celebrates the diversity of Italian pizza culture.
There are two ticket options available: one including a curated wine pairing, carefully selected to complement the different pizza styles, and another option without wine for those who prefer to enjoy the tasting on its own.
