Fresh Pasta Dinner celebrating the art of pasta in a relaxed beachside setting at Il Chiosco, just steps from the sand and the sea.

We are “pazzi per la pasta” (crazy for pasta)!

The evening shines a spotlight on fresh pasta created by Doppio Zero, a local favourite known for crafting everyday fresh pasta with quality ingredients and skilled hands, reflecting the heart and soul of Italian tradition.

We begin the evening with a warm welcome and opening presentation of the show, setting the tone for an engaging culinary experience. Guests will then be treated to a beautifully prepared antipasto to start the journey by the Chef and co-owner Matteo.

Following this, we introduce a selection of wines, thoughtfully chosen to complement the dishes and enhance the overall dining experience. Please note that the wine pairing experience is optional and available at an additional cost. The first courses are then served, showcasing traditional Italian craftsmanship and fresh ingredients.

The experience continues with a second presentation. This is followed by a live demonstration on how to make coloured pasta, bringing a creative and interactive element to the evening.

Main courses are then served, continuing the story of authentic Italian cuisine and regional inspiration.

To conclude, guests will receive a recipe book and a special pasta gift pack, before enjoying a final sweet moment with dessert service, ending the evening on a warm and memorable note.

Set against the backdrop of Il Chiosco’s beachside location, with ocean breezes and the sunset adding to the atmosphere, this dinner promises more than a meal — it’s an evening of authentic flavour, shared discovery, and the warm spirit of Italian conviviality.
