The dinner unfolds as a guided degustation experience, with Matteo — chef and co‑owner of Il Chiosco — opening the night and leading guests through a culinary journey highlighting the nuances of pasta shapes, textures, and sauces. Each course has been carefully designed to pair the right pasta with the right sauce, allowing guests to discover how flavours change and elevate with different combinations — from delicate hand‑made strands to rich ragùs, vibrant herb sauces, and comforting regional classics.
