Indulge in Italian cuisine and fine wines at our degustation night. Savour classic dishes and expertly paired wines. Don't miss out!

Ask any Florentine about “Il Centro” and they’ll sit you down with some unsalted bread and cinghiale and tell you that their beloved Toscana is the cultural capital of Italy, the same will be spoken as the Romani feed you your Spaghetti alla Carbonara and adoringly show you the ruins where emperors once ruled their ancient city of Roma.

The residents of Umbria will proudly explain their region as you navigate the winding road, whilst the Marche will pour you a glass of Pecorino to toast good health.

Central Italy could never be captured in a few lines, Firenze, Roma, San Gimignano, Perugia. Duomo, Colosseo, Toscana, Pisa where to start???

Paolo, Francesco and the Pistacchi crew have crafted a feast to celebrate this spectacular zone, accompanied by a little bit of vino regionale with each course.



Bruschettina di fegatini di pollo
Crunchy ciabatta bread, with a delicate spread of chicken liver and caramelized onion

Olive all’ascolana
Deep fried crumbed olives, mixed with a beef and pork mince, lemon zest, nutmeg, parmesan, served with a sundried tomato aioli


Carciofo Ripieno al tartufo
Stuffed artichokes, with bread crumb, cubed prosciutto San Daniele served on a pecorino and truffle sauce


Ravioli Tricolore alla coda vaccinara
Handmade spinach ravioli, stuffed with slow cooked oxtail ragù, served on a parmesan fondue


Caciucco di pesce al cartoccio
Fish of the day stew, with mussels, prawns, clams, cubed potatoes carrots, black olives, cooked in a traditional cartoccio style


Tiramisu Al Pistacchio
Savoiardi biscuits, soaked in coffee, layered with a delicate pistachio mascarpone

Paolo is from Ariano Irpino in Campania, Francesco is from Trinitapoli in Puglia. They met in Riccione, north of Italy working in restaurants during the summer holidays. They’ve built on their skills and their friendship since 2006.

Combining their extensive knowledge of classic Italian cuisine, they now bring you a menu that will transport you to Italy with every bite. Add into the mix a perfect blend of friendship and love of hospitality you’ll be sure to have a ‘bellissima esperienza’!
